Position Overview:
The firm is in search of an accomplished Trial Partner with a substantial portable client book. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of legal expertise and business development, along with the ability to drive the firm's strategic initiatives. This role provides the chance to join the firm's leadership team and influence the future direction of the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise your portable client book to generate revenue and enhance the firm's profitability.
- Deliver exceptional legal services to clients, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and expertise.
- Collaborate with fellow partners and associates to develop and implement strategic initiatives for business growth and client retention.
- Mentor and guide junior attorneys, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous professional development.
- Represent the firm in high-stakes negotiations, litigation, and other legal matters.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
- Extensive experience as a partner or senior attorney in a reputable law firm.
- Demonstrated ability to generate business with a substantial portable client book.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards.
