As the Regional HR Business Partner you will:

  • Developing people strategies aligned with business goals
  • Delivering HR solutions to business units
  • Implementing talent management and succession planning
  • Driving performance management and employee engagement initiatives
  • Assisting in change management processes
  • Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with HR teams to streamline processes
  • Managing HR related projects as required

Profile

A successful Regional HR Business Partner should:

  • Be fluent in French, both written and verbal
  • Experience in strategic and operational HR roles
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and legislation, ideally in the UK and France
  • Experience in change management and organisational development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently

Job Offer

£50k - £60k + Car Allowance

The role is based in Plymouth with regular travel to Portsmouth, Poole and France!
