Acorn by Synerige is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join their client's team in Plymouth. The company is a leading manufacturer in the region, providing top-quality products to our diverse clientele. As the Accounts Payable specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of the accounting processes and ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing Purchase Invoices
- Resolve Order and Delivery Queries
- Supplier Statement Reconciliation
- Payment Runs
- Posting to General Ledger
- Annual Audit Process
Experience:
- Experience in an Accounts Payable role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable procedures, including invoice processing, supplier reconciliations, and payment processing.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with suppliers and resolve any queries or issues effectively.
- Highly organised with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
