Due to the partnership between Hays and a local authority within the Black Country area, we are looking for a School Administrator to join the Oracle Fusion team.
Your new role
As a school administrator, you will be administrating the mailbox to ensure all requests are responded to and organised into folders. You will be organising meetings with various internal and external stakeholders such as headteachers. Moreover, you will be responsible for managing content on the sites for schools, as well as updating contact details.This role is a temporary full-time position. You will be working in the office 2 days a week.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need experience of working in a busy administrative environment where you can prioritise your workload. In addition, you will need to demonstrate high levels of attention to detail due to the information that you will be handling. It is also important to confidently communicate with various stakeholders at all levels.In addition, this role will be a start ASAP. Before starting, you will need to pass your reference and compliance checks. On registration please have your 2 most recent employment details available for reference checks.

This is a full-time, temporary role based in the Black Country. This is a 3-month, ongoing contract but may be open to extension.
