Job Title: Nursery Nurse

Job Description:
We are currently looking for a skilled and caring Nursery Nurse to join our team in one of our nursery schools located in Central Leeds. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for young children to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the lead teacher in creating a fun and engaging curriculum
- Help children with their daily routines such as feeding, dressing and toileting
- Supervise children during playtime and activities
- Work closely with parents and caregivers to provide updates on their child's development
- Support children with special needs or disabilities
- Participate in meetings and professional development opportunities
- Additional duties as assigned by the lead teacher or school administration
Requirements:
- Experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
- Strong understanding of child development and early education
- Ability to adapt to the needs of individual children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for working with young children and making a positive impact on their development
