We are currently recruiting for one of our trusted clients who are looking for an Operations Manager. This is your chance to join the largest and most established digital communications supplier to the UK property industry.

Main Responsibilities of an Operations Manager

  • Arrange and coordinate the installation of products within the client's portfolio of buildings, within the residential, commercial and student property sector.
  • Manage the performance and operation of the assets within our clients existing network, as well as future installations within your operating region.
  • Assist the Acquisitions/BDM team by carrying out surveys and site visits and upload the findings and recordings to the database.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at various levels of seniority within the client database, as well as external contractors and internal team members, to facilitate the growth of our clients' network.
  • Organise the stock levels of our clients' products and associated materials/equipment, including procurement of required inventory.
  • Provide the necessary training and support to customers to enable them to use services as efficiently and effectively as possible.
  • Complete and distribute various documentation and materials to support new business introduction and update the office systems with progression.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in operations management, or similar within property management with previous operations experience (desirable).
  • Experience managing contractors, and/or booking engineering works.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as confidence in IT systems.
  • Proven ability to solve problems and think creatively when faced with challenges.
  • Ability to self-manage time, resource allocation, and budgets.
  • Desire to travel within the operating region of London and South England.
  • Driving licence and access to vehicle.
  • Previous experience, knowledge or skills within an engineering or technically focused role.
  • Experience in purchasing, supply chain or procurement.
