Description
The Legal Counsel will:
- Collaborate with the Head of Legal to align customer contracts with strategic goals.
- Advise, draft, and negotiate on a range of commercial matters including SaaS Agreements, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).
- Supervise associate counsels and contract managers on specific legal projects.
Profile
A successful Legal Counsel should have:
- Minimum of 5 years PQE as a Commercial Solicitor (or equivalent).
- Experience with SaaS, MSAs, and DPAs.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and business sense.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent contract negotiation skills.
