Reed Accountancy are proud to be working exclusively with a business in North Bradford who are recruiting a Purchase Ledger to join their team. As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth processing of supplier invoices and payments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Input purchase invoices
- Reconcile supplier statement and chase invoices as necessary
- Draft payment runs for pre-authorisation
- Export payment runs
- Pay freelancers
- Allocate nominal codes and costs to jobs
- Assist bank reconciliations and daily banking when required
- Prepare international fund transfers
- Provide cover for credit control
You will need to demonstrate:
- Experience in a similar role
- Sage experience (desirable)
- Confident using Excel
- Ability to work independently
