Location: Ellesmere port – Monday- Thursday with Fridays at home!

Type: Full-Time – 9am-5pm

Driving licence and your own vehicle is required

Are you an organised and efficient Administrator, who can pick up multiple process's and follow instructions affectively?

You should be a confident communicator, someone who is able to pick up the telephone and ask questions or chase for more details when required, so you must have a great telephone manner too.

Do you have excellent attention to detail? Are you computer literate and confident with MS applications, from Word, to basic excel.

What You'll be doing:

Our client work with multiple clients, with in the health and insurance sector from small to larger scale businesses

You will handle a variety of administrative tasks to support their client's needs.

Maintain and improve office systems and processes.

Manage communications, both internal and external.

Maintain accurate records and files.

Provide general support to clients with a variety of administrative and process driven tasks.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as an administrator – (no experience in employee benefits is required – however similar industries or roles, are highly beneficial)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A good understanding of office processes and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
