up to £75,000 basic OTE £120,000 Plus car allowance and excellent benefits

Areas include: Midlands, Birmingham, Bristol, Gloucester, Swindon,Salisbury,Oxford (Work from home, weekly visits to teams and clients)

Our client a leading UK fleet operations business is currently seeking a Head of New Business Development Manager to join this fast paced growing business.

Our client specialises in the safety, efficiency and sustainability of their clients vehicle fleets that power the global economy, Industries they specialise in include transport and haulage, construction, utility and service fleets, manufacturing

They are now looking for a sales manager / leader to help grow in the company's next chapter. You will be part of the senior management team and responsible for all the new business within the UKI region.

The role includes:

  • Reporting to the Sales & Commercial Director and be a member of the EMEA senior management team, contributing to the development and execution of the overall business and organisational strategy.
  • Achieve the sales goal for the UK markets with a strong focus on the Enterprise markets.
  • Manage, coach, mentor and develop a team of high-performing and proven Business Development Managers
  • Build strong relationships with customers.
  • Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing team.
  • Develop high-accuracy forecasts on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis and have a strong understanding of factors influencing performance.
  • Provide input into new market entry and early sales feedback in market.
  • Become a role model, mentor and approachable in any situation to the sales team.

Minimum requirements for this role:

  • Sales experience in fleet technology sales (or similar)
  • Sales management as a National Sales Manager/HOS Role.
  • Proven track record of leading teams to consistent quota over-achievement in complex environments.
  • Proven success working within a complex organisation and aligning executive stakeholders to achieve high-growth sales targets.

In return you will receive an excellent salary of up to £75,000 plus OTE £120,000 plus car allowance £500p/m and excellent opportunities to grow within the business and really make a change!
