ASA Recruitment, Scotland's largest independent recruitment organisation, is looking for a dynamic, motivated apprentice for their Edinburgh city centre office.

Joining us, you are in safe hands. We have been trading since 1970, have offices in Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Glasgow, and Kirkcaldy and are an experienced apprenticeship employer of at least 10 apprentices over the last few years.

Overview:

This role provides support to all aspects of the Edinburgh office, as well as across the wider business. As the main point of contact for all initial client enquiries, your role is pivotal. You will soon learn how to handle questions from clients or touch base with other staff members for additional information. You will become a super user for the office systems we use everyday and provide overall digital support for staff members.

Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert user in IQX our CRM system
  • Support others to understand how this system works in terms of record keeping, reference checks and financial information
  • Ensure compliance documents and checked and filed
  • Maintain and update all client and candidate data
  • Become proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Use this suite to run reporting, format CVs, process standard requests
  • Share marketing materials through Share drive
  • Use LinkedIn to source candidate profiles

Salary:

£18,000 per annum

Working week:

Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5pm
