Lead small-scale projects, ensuring effective team leadership and regular reporting.

Deliver standards-based solutions that meet functional requirements.

Ensure system development follows appropriate standards and methodologies, with up-to-date documentation.

Conduct meetings and presentations to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

Contribute to project and quality plans, cost-benefit analyses, and risk assessments.
