Are you an experienced Digital Marketing Executive, looking to make that next move to a Senior or Digital Marketing Manager?

Are you Digitally creative & love seeing your hard work translate from digital journeys, through to qualified sales leads & eventually into target customers?

Joining a team of 4 (Head of marketing, Content marketeer, Graduate generalist marketeer), you'll be confident to take the resigns of all things digital marketing; working closely with the content & design teams to drive business through your digital marketing skills.

Title: Digital Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing Executive.

Salary: £40K Basic + ~10% Bonus + Benefits Package

Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire. During initial probation, you will need to work 4 or 5 days a week in the office – so locality to Banbury is essential. After this point, it is much more relaxed & home working up to 3 days a week is common. Commutable form Northampton, Milton Keynes, Rugby, Coventry, Oxford, etc.

What will my day-to-day look like?

  • Work with the content and design team to create engaging marketing campaigns that reach the right audience.
  • Own the ongoing development of the website (from a marketing point of view) and improve customer journeys for conversion.
  • Create high-quality landing pages for campaigns.
  • Utilise paid digital advertising opportunities to generate a new business pipeline.
  • Measure and report on KPIs, data & market intelligence to constantly improve campaigns.
  • Build market automation journeys for retargeting & upsell purposes.

What will I need to be considered?

  • Experience working within WordPress / Divi to develop websites and landing pages. As a software company, we have the tech' covered – so we don't need a "coder"!
  • 2-3 years+ in a Digital Marketing role.
  • Have some experience of data management & audience segmentation, ideally in Salesforce CRM, but not essential it's Salesforce.
  • We would love someone who has experience using Force24, for marketing automation but if not, the training is great.
  • Creativity is key!
