Our client, a leading organisation in their area, is seeking a Training Administrator to join their dynamic and collaborative team.

As the Training Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Training & Consultancy unit by handling training enquiries, managing course bookings, and collating post-course results and participant feedback. You will also be responsible for administrative tasks such as meeting and training room management, maintaining reception and office standards, and providing administrative support for senior executives.

Duties:

  • Act as the primary resource for the training team, managing training enquiries, bookings, and results processes.
  • Oversee the course bookings process, handle client requests, chase outstanding payments, and provide regular reports on course booking numbers.
  • Coordinate post-course feedback surveys and collate participant feedback on training faculty.
  • Prepare and manage electronic materials for courses, assist with the setup of workspaces, and ensure proper functioning of the Virtual Campus.
  • Manage room bookings, organise refreshments, and assist with on-site hosting of training courses and events.
  • Maintain office standards, provide reception and office support, and ensure IT equipment is working properly.
  • Provide administrative support for senior executives, including travel arrangements and financial tasks.
  • Support HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and internal communication activities.

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Time management and ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively in a small team and on your own initiative.
  • Strong administrative skills including attention to detail and accuracy.
  • High level of confidentiality.
