Our Croydon site is currently seeking a Client Engagement Executive for a 3-month fixed term contract, where you will be the single point of contact for our customers, guiding them through their experience with us and enhancing their satisfaction every step of the way.

As a Client Engagement Executive, you will be pivotal in shaping our customers' experiences, acting as their main point of contact throughout their journey with us. You will ensure that customer service and communication standards are maintained at the highest level, using your problem-solving skills and intuition to address any issues or complaints that arise. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to maximise sales by upselling our products and services, all while adhering to company and legal standards when processing documentation. This role is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, understanding their needs and improving their overall experience with us
  • Maintain excellent customer service and communication standards, addressing any client issues or complaints with intuition and problem-solving skills
  • Maximise sales opportunities by upselling products and services to customers
  • Ensure all documentation is accurately checked and processed in line with company and legal standards
  • Handle all administrative enquiries professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Participate in team meetings and briefings, contributing to a collaborative and effective working environment
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships within the team and perform any additional duties as required

Provide accurate and timely reporting as needed
