Elevation Recruitment Group are excited to be working in partnership with a large social care company in Chesterfield, who are recruiting for a temporary Accounts Assistant to join their well established finance team. The role is initially for a 12 month period to cover maternity, however they have said that for the right person, they would look at offering the role permanently.

Main responsibilities of Temporary Accounts Assistant:
- Assisting with processing of sales and purchase invoices
- Daily account reconciliations
- Managing petty cash
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Monthly payroll processing
- Preparation of monthly reports including, journals, accruals, profit and loss
- Accruals and prepayments
- Ad hoc accounting responsibilities

- Ability to prioritise busy workload within a fast-paced environment
- Happy to work within a large, friendly finance team
