Tonic are recruiting a Sous Chef for our client's B&I contract catering site in Milton Keynes. Reporting to the Chef Manager, you will be responsible for a small team, creating exciting, on-trend menu choices for both Retail and Hospitality. You must be passionate about sourcing local ingredients, creating menus, and comfortable catering for multiple outlets.
Essential qualities for Sous Chef applicants to be considered:
- A solid background within professional, fresh food kitchens
- A strong knowledge/passion for ingredients, food trends and flavours
- A real team leader who enjoys motivating and developing others around them
- Proactive, flexible and adaptable, with great attention to detail
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
