Supporter Care and Database Assistant - Temporary Role
Are you a proactive and detail-oriented professional looking for your next temporary opportunity in the charity sector? We are recruiting a Supporter Care and Database Assistant for an impactful international support charity. This is a 3-month temporary position with an immediate start, based near Highbury and Islington in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to supporter enquiries via phone, email, and letter.
- Process donations across multiple income streams and manage supporter records in our CRM system.
- Ensure accurate data entry and compliance with GDPR regulations.
- Assist with fundraising administration, including Gift Aid processing and data management.
- Collaborate with fundraising and other teams to ensure smooth operations.
About You:
- Experience in supporter care, customer service, or similar roles.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Location: London, near Highbury and Islington.
- Hourly Rate: £14.50
- Contract: Temporary, approximately 3 months.
