Role: Warehouse Team-Leader
Location: Bedford
Hours: Monday – Friday 7am – 4pm
Salary: £30,000
Are you ready to step up into a warehouse team leader position?
I am looking for a warehouse team leader to join a stock and rework team of a growing company based in Bedford.

What will you be doing in the role?
- On-going rework functions – follow the plan and ensure all rework quantities are adhered to.
- Quality checking at all levels and addressing any issues as needed.
- Stock Control - Ensure all discrepancies are dealt with in a timely manner.
- Manage the site pick faces for counts, Random checks & housekeeping.
- Maintain compliance with the site H&S standards at all times.
What we would like from you:
- Knowledge of warehouse operating systems.
- Experience with MAM system and guns
- Great communication skills
- Counter balance or reach truck licence desirable but not essential
