Role Responsibilities
Ownership of the meet and greet service, maintaining the incredible impression of the business. We are on the search for a self-starter who has a natural flair for interacting with people.
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver an exceptional meet and greet service for clients and their guests, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
  • Uphold and maintain the brand's high standards in all interactions and tasks.
  • Consistently embody and maintain reception standards to reflect the company's image.
  • Ensure the reception area, lounge and guest restroom are impeccably maintained at all times.
  • Foster strong connections with clients, creating meaningful and beneficial relationships.
  • Take ownership of managing meeting room bookings, including scheduling, diary management and ensuring timely room turnovers.
  • Handle all client requests via email, phone and in-person promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate courier services, manage package deliveries and inform clients of received packages.
  • Prioritise and address the needs of our clients to ensure their satisfaction and comfort.
