Patient Experience Manager

Working for one of the fastest growing private clinic and pharmacies in the UK based within the Holborn area, you'll have the opportunity to join this medical cannabis business within their team in the pivotal role of Patient Experience Manager.

You'll require the following essentials to be considered for this position:

  • Current or recent experience of working within a healthcare management or patient experience based role
  • Natural empathy in order to understand the emotions and needs of patients, providing comfort and support during challenging times
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with patients, their families, and healthcare staff
  • The ability to inspire and lead healthcare teams toward a shared commitment to patient-centered care
  • Adaptable and open to change, identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Ability to identify issues, analyze data, and develop creative solutions to enhance the patient experience
  • Be a strong advocate for patients, ensuring they receive the best possible care and support.

The Patient Experience Manager plays a vital role in shaping the patient journey within their healthcare organisation. Working to ensure that every patient receives the highest standard of care and has a positive experience throughout their healthcare journey.

Within this position, you'll also be carrying out the following duties:

  • Creating and implementing strategies to enhance the overall patient experience, ensuring that it aligns with the companies' mission and values.
  • Collecting and analysing patient feedback, surveys, and complaints to identify areas for improvement
  • Working with Management to implement solutions and initiatives to address issues and enhance satisfaction
  • Effectively communicating with patients, their families, and healthcare providers to ensure clear and compassionate communication
  • Ensuring that all patient experience practices comply with CQC regulations and guidelines whilst staying updated on standards and best practices
  • Serving as a patient advocate, helping patients navigate the healthcare system and resolve issues

Working hours and Salary

Full Time, Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm.

Salary is between £30,000pa - £40,000pa depending on experience.
