A1 Personnel are curremtly recruiting for a MRO Sales Representative for a permanent contract on behalf of our client based in Glouchestershire.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop potential customers through networking initiatives, cold-calling, and email communications
- Providing business quotes and pricing
- Enter customer orders into ERP system and make sure the order is executed to meet customer expectations.
- Keep records of customer interactions or transactions; record details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well actions taken.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
- Participates in customer visits within the UK andinternationally (EMEA), including attending trade shows.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant/technical work experience in Sales
- Proficient using various software, applications, and programs, including Microsoft Office program (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.)
- Ability to function in a diverse, fast paced service environment, while maintaining a positive and proactive approach to a multitude of issues and challenges.
- Quantum Control ERP experience or related aviation information system experience.
- Technical knowledge of aircraft components preferably touching on MROs, aviation distribution or similar environments
