Job Description:
Are you an experienced social worker with a passion for supporting adolescents and tackling exploitation?
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, planning interventions, and working collaboratively to protect and empower vulnerable adolescents at risk of exploitation.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough assessments of adolescents at risk of exploitation to identify their needs, risks, and strengths.
- Developing and implementing care plans to protect and support vulnerable adolescents.
- Building strong, trusting relationships with young people, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met.
- Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, external agencies, and community organizations to coordinate and deliver effective interventions.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of assessments, care plans, and interventions in line with legal and professional standards.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
- Proven experience in a social work role, preferably within adolescent services or with a focus on exploitation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with young people, families, and professionals.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
