Our client, a recruitment business, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Office Manager to ensure the seamless operation of their Bristol office. This position is ideal for someone passionate about creating an outstanding experience for both employees and clients while contributing to the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Key Duties:
- Oversee general administrative tasks, including reception duties.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and office supplies efficiently.
- Assist senior management with event preparation, meeting setups, and expense management.
- Organise employee-focused events and manage office-based projects.
- Manage and monitor the office budget.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or event coordination.
- Strong communication, organisational, and project management skills.
- Proficient in technology with the ability to assist in onboarding new hires.
- A proactive self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.
