They provide award-winning personal, commercial and specialty insurance products and services direct-to-customers, via brokers and affinity partners.

On behalf of this organisation, AMS is looking for a HR Data Analyst - People Data for a 6-month contract based in Liverpool (hybrid working).

Purpose of the Role:
As a HR Data Analyst - People Data, you will play a pivotal role in the people analytics agenda, providing credible data insights to identify and deliver solutions supporting and driving business decisions. This includes managing and continuously evolving reporting on various topics such as DEI, FTE, and engagement, ensuring the timely production of accurate and insightful people metrics.

As a HR Data Analyst - People Data you will be responsible for:

  • Creating and maintaining periodic dashboards and information packs containing relevant, accurate, and insightful people KPIs, analysis, and insights.
  • Establishing efficient and robust automated ways to produce MI/insights to minimize risk.
  • Thoroughly understanding the organisation's people data, its structure, and hierarchy to identify any anomalies or considerations.
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders across regions to ensure appropriate oversight on key people metrics.
  • Supporting employee engagement analysis, including tracking response rates and performing analysis on results to create insights for the Executive team.
  • Running ad hoc reporting and insights, including deep dives into attrition, absence, and recruitment data.

What we require from the candidate:

  • Excellent data and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into understandable insights.
  • Research and measurement skills, along with effective communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of data visualisation and storytelling to aid data-driven decision-making.
  • Appropriate judgement and statistical modeling skills.
  • Coding skills in different programming languages (desirable) and knowledge using statistical software (desirable).
