Job Title: Accounts Payable
Salary: £14.35 -£15.90
Location: Welwyn Garden City
Contract: Temporary, on a part time basis
Hours: 8-5pm, 5 hours a day, core hours 9-1pm

We are currently seeking a proactive and highly organised Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team on a part-time basis and play a key role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process invoices, reconciling delivery notes to invoices received and purchase orders.
- Leading in resolving any issues with Purchase Orders and Goods Receipts, working collaboratively with departments to ensure correct sign off and procedures are followed.
- Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details within the purchase ledger.
- Dealing with supplier queries.
- Prepayment processing and reconciliations.
- Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements.
- Assist in the preparation of purchase summaries.
- Processing credit card expenses.
- Preparing the monthly BACS payment run.
- Any other ad hoc duties as required within the department.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Proven Purchase Ledger experience, minimum of two years.
- Self-management with strong analytical skills.
- Great interpersonal and communications skills.
- Good team working skills.
- The ability to work to strict weekly and monthly deadlines.
- Strong Excel and IT skills.
- Coins software experience desirable.
