Role: Paint Technician
Salary: £40-£42 OTE £50
Area: Wigan
Ascend Talent is seeking a Paint Technician to join a prestige accident repair centre based in Wigan. As a Paint Technician you will be responsible for all Prep, Paint & Polish aspects of the vehicles entrusted with the ARC. In this position it requires knowledge & previous experience of the various systems & methods.
Responsibilities: As a Paint Technician you will be responsible for;
- Surface preparation, filling, sanding and cleaning surfaces
- Unpacking, handling and preparing parts prior to paint
- Minor Filler Jobs
- Prepare and clean panels for priming.
- Priming
- Prepare Vehicles for paint
- Polishing
Experience/ Skill:
- Background of Paint Technician or Automotive Body Repair role
- ATA or equivalent qualifications desirable.
Package:
- Salary dependent on experience £40k-£42k OTE £50K
