Our client, a fast growing and award-winning communications agency located in Bristol is looking for an experienced and strategic Head of SEO.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the role:
- As a Head of SEO, you will work with a broad range of mainly SME's to gain a thorough understanding of their SEO requirements
- You will design and implement clear strategies for them and deliver according to the strategy
- You will also be responsible for managing a small SEO team and assisting in their client relationships
- You will speak to and meet clients on a regular basis to provide updates
- You will track and monitor all performance of the SEO team and maintain a high quality of work
- Oversee all SEO work with all clients, monitor performance of your own and the work of the team
- Regularly present to the wider team and business on the performance of the SEO team
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A people person first and foremost who loves finding solutions and achieving success for clients
- High emotional intelligence and self awareness
- Commercially aware and business minded
- Must have SEO as main part of their background not just some of the job
- Experience of leading and developing a team
- Must have experience of working in an agency and managing multiple clients
- Well organised and tenacious with ability to manage own workload
- A confident communicator and presenter with excellent negotiating and influencing skills
- Competency on Word, Excel and PowerPoint
