Based in Bridgend | on-site role
Full Time | 35 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 7:30am to 3:30pm (some flex on hours)
Temp to Permanent role | temp for up to 3 months weekly paid | ASAP start
Pay rate of £12.00 per hour + holiday pay

Search Consultancy are currently working with one of our key clients to recruit a Receptionist/Concierge & Team Assistant on a Temp to Permanent basis for their office in Bridgend. This role will begin ASAP depending on your availability to start as a weekly paid temp and it's expected the role will become permanent within 3 months.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive Reception, Facilities & Administration support to the site, ensuring first class service is delivered at all times.

_Duties involved in this role will include: _

  • Opening of the office on a daily basis (hence the early start time)
  • Setting up the office for the day including filling coffee machines, cleaner spot-checks and basic H&S checks
  • Reporting & raising any maintenance or repairs required
  • Ordering of office supplies & equipment
  • Welcoming & signing in of external staff to the site including executives, visitors & contractors
  • Escorting visitors around the site & between offices when required
  • Acting as first point of contact at the front desk including operating the intercom
  • Management of room booking system as well as travel & accommodation bookings when required
  • Dealing with both incoming & outgoing post, couriers & deliveries on a daily basis
  • General basic office Administration including scanning of documents & passing to the appropriate teams
  • Covering phones for different teams when required
  • Assisting with the planning of team events

_In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include: _

  • Previous experience in a Reception, Front of House or Facilities role carrying out duties in line with the above - this experience is ESSENTIAL
  • Candidates with a background within a corporate setting would be preferred for this role, but this is not essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisation & time management skills, with the ability to prioritise & complete a busy workload effectively
  • Flexibility in your approach as priorities & required support can change rapidly in this role
  • Solid IT Skills including the full MS Office suite
