Our client who is a leader in their sector, is seeking a Transformation Manager for a period of 6 months, paying up to £1345 per day, inside of IR35. They need support for 2 days per week and they're flexible on when the work is undertaken, to allow you the freedom to work other contracts alongside this. The role is predominantly remote, with travel to London for business-critical meetings (an average of once per month).

What is expected of the Transformation Manager?
- Partnering with third-party consultants and key account managers/ MDs, to provide & collate business/ exit requirements to ensure the transition is a success for both parties.
- Define the HR BPO Transition governance structure and transition plans in alignment with contractual requirements and transformation plans.
- Partner with Internal SMEs and providing expert direction based on experience and best practice to manage the strategic people services transition plan & realize the benefits of the new contract.
- Partner with key contacts both internally and externally to ensure our clients plans are aligned from a consultation/ ER/ comms perspective and support the evolution of their operating model.
- Management of relationships both internally & externally, acting as the key subject matter expert in people services transformations/ transitions.
What we look for in a Transformation Manager?
- Backoffice transformation expert with 10+years' experience in consultancy/ BPO deals
- Consultancy Background desired
