Highly regarded legal 500 firm with offices across the South coast, seeking an experienced Conveyancing paralegal to support two established fee earners within an award winning team.
Working with Fee Earners on a mixture of sales, purchase, remortgage, right to buy and new build matters. You will be expected to work autonomously and deal with tasks such as:
- Managing post-completion tasks, including registrations
- Carrying out search applications and closing inactive files
- Occasionally providing quotes and initiating files during busy periods
- Drafting and sending documents to buyers' solicitors for sales
