We are seeking a Restructuring and Insolvency Solicitor to join our client's London office. This role involves primarily non-contentious work, collaborating with the corporate, finance, and real estate teams nationwide.
You will provide advice to a range of stakeholders in distressed situations, including lenders, investors, corporates, directors, individuals, and insolvency practitioners.
The Team
- The London restructuring team is exceptionally busy and requires additional support.
- They are looking for someone eager to enhance their legal skills and market presence, contributing to the growth of the practice and handling high-quality work under supervision.
- You will join the cross-office Restructuring & Insolvency team within the Banking department.
What skills and attributes are needed?
- Experience in managing transactional and other work as the primary fee earner
- Strong technical proficiency
- Proven ability to help grow and develop a practice
- Willingness to engage in marketing and business development activities
- Excellent drafting, verbal, and written communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to understand clients' environments and provide practical, relevant advice both orally and in writing
- Capacity to quickly assimilate information and identify key issues
- Effective time and file management skills to handle multiple matters simultaneously
- Commitment to delivering outstanding client service
- Ability to work under pressure
