Site Manager
- Annual Salary: £50,000 - £60,000

We are seeking a Site Manager to oversee a £9 Million residential scheme, ensuring that health and safety, programme, and budget targets are met. This role offers the opportunity to work with a privately-owned contracting organisation and report to a visiting Project Director.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards.
- Implement and monitor health and safety policies and procedures on-site.
- Manage the site team, including subcontractors and suppliers, to ensure project milestones are met.
- Maintain strict budget control and identify cost-saving measures where possible.
- Ensure the project is delivered on time, liaising with the Project Director and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including progress updates and compliance documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally with some experience within residential construction working for a main contractor.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage budgets effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant industry qualifications, such as SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work.
