I am currently recruiting for a leading Lloyd's Insurer who are seeking a Senior Claims Adjuster to join their growing PI team.
My client is looking for an experienced Claims professional with extensive PI experience across multiple jurisdictions to cover a diverse and interesting portfolio covering Architects and Engineers, US Medical Malpractice, Accountants and US Lawyers PI.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve financial lines claims by working closely with brokers, policyholders, and service providers to ensure timely settlements, accurate reserving, and control of expenses.
- Adhere to philosophy and Claims proposition, meeting service standards and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with team members and third-party providers to maintain claims service standards.
- Attend internal and external meetings.
- Specialize in UK and International commercial PI, specifically UK construction claims.
- Cultivate client relationships and manage key accounts by providing prompt responses.
- Manage North American binder accounts by referring TPA claims, monitoring claims, auditing TPA's, and coordinating with subscription markets.
- Offer support to claims colleagues, managers, and underwriters on various tasks and projects.
