We are currently recruiting on behalf of a prestigious client in Coventry for a dedicated Paint Sprayer & Fabricator. This role is perfect for a team player with a keen eye for detail, experience in laser cutting or hand tooling, and the ability to follow complex instructions. Day-to-day of the role:
- As a Paint Sprayer & Fabricator, you will fabricate parts using laser cutting machinery or hand tools to exact specifications.
- Carry out paint spraying or coating tasks, ensuring finished products meet the high-quality standards expected by our client.
- Interpret and follow complex instructions meticulously to maintain precision in all Paint Sprayer & Fabricator duties.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet production goals and uphold quality standards.
- Maintain a tidy and organised workspace, adhering to all safety and environmental guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Demonstrable experience in a Paint Sprayer & Fabricator role or similar positions within the industry.
- Proficiency with laser cutting machinery and hand tooling is highly desirable.
- Ability to work accurately from complex instructions.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills are crucial for a successful Paint Sprayer & Fabricator.
- Experience in paint spraying or coating is beneficial but not mandatory.
