Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the sales director and other internal members of the sales team
- Speaking with clients over phone and email to collect outstanding monies owed
- Collecting and reconciling credit notes and invoices to money owed to the business
- Managing new and existing client accounts running credit checks and dealing with credit insurance and pro formas where needed
- Sales invoicing
- Dealing with invoice queries
- Monday to Friday - 8 - 5 (can be flex if needed)
Profile
Successful candidate will possess:
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Worked in a similar background before
- Microsoft proficient
Job Offer
Salary up to £29000 per annum + Free on site parking + 23 days annual leave (plus banks) + On site + 5% pension.
