Robert Half are supporting a business based in North Bristol, who are looking for an interim Customer Account Administrator to join their team.
This role presents an opportunity for an individual with good communication skills and an administration or finance background to contribute to the efficient functioning of the receivable's operations.
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months
Role: Customer Accounts Administrator
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000
Hybrid Working: Three days a week in the office and two from home following on from an initial training period
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to request and verify email addresses
- Update and maintain accurate customer records on the internal system
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in line with company policies
- Liaise with internal teams if additional customer information is required
Required experience/background:
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines and managing workload independently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Proactive, self-motivated individuals who take initiative
- Positive attitude and professional energy in team settings
