A fantastic, global organisation, based in Maidenhead, is looking for an Accounts Payable Supervisor for their EMEA Treasury Operations. Previous experience working for a global organisation is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Supervision and development of a small AP team.
- Responsibility for ensuring accurate and timely processing of supplier and employee related transactions across EMEA.
- Review and approval of AP transactions and vendors.
- Administration of the EMEA Corporate Amex card program.
- Support the corporate travel program within EMEA.
- Complete month-end close processes and related balance sheet reconciliations.
- Ensure controls and procedures are adhered to.
- Update and maintain procedure and control documents.
- Supporting internal and external auditing requirements.
- Supporting finance projects and initiatives.
Experience and Skills Required:
- People management experience
- Relevant accounting experience within a global organisation
- Working knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials, ChromeRiver or similar
- Expense software knowledge would be ideal
