Job Overview:
The Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of the company. This includes managing an inbound customer service team, implementing and improving administrative processes, and allocating work to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in real estate, although this is not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Inbound Customer Service Team:

Oversee the daily operations of the customer service team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Train, mentor, and support customer service representatives.
Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and implementing improvements as needed.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complex issues.

Implement and Improve Administrative Processes:

Develop and implement efficient administrative procedures and workflows.
Continuously assess and improve processes to enhance productivity and accuracy.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Work Allocation and Management:

Assign and manage workloads for the administrative and customer service teams.
Monitor progress and ensure tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

General Administrative Duties:

Oversee office management tasks, including supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility management.
Assist with budget preparation and expense management.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Support senior management with administrative tasks and special projects.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in an administrative or managerial role, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Experience with CRM systems and other customer service tools.
Knowledge of real estate industry practices and regulations.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
