Job Responsibilities:
- Support with providing insights and commentary on accounting reports to assist with budgets and forecasts Perform FP&A activities including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, decision support to provide consistent, accurate and timely output and add additional commentary and insights
- Run, develop and improve reports to support the wider team, using analysis and problem solving skills
- Analyse financial information to ensure accuracy and provisions are corrected allocated.
- Investigate anomalies and provide explanations on variances Vs budget
- Support and propose improvements to finance activities and procedures
- Produce month end reporting packs including P&L reports
Person Specification:
- Desire to study towards accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA)
- Have experience of problem solving and analysis techniques to define problems
- Have the initiative and ability to successfully implement new ideas
- Be able to clearly communicate both written and verbal
- Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
