Site Agent
Location: Crawley
We're looking for a Site Agent to join our client on a utilities/substation project
Responsibilities
- Lead a significant section of the project, ensuring all labour, plant, materials and supply chain resources are accurately recorded.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of Performance and Health & Safety policies and procedures in accordance with the company standards.
- Promote integrated working with other members within the project to create a one-team ethos, including development of team members.
Requirements
- You have relevant qualifications – degree level, or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and project management skills including leading and managing technical teams.
- Able to take the lead with client interfaces.
- Able to establish project requirements and drive the team to deliver the outcomes in terms of quality, cost and programme.
- Experience of working on civils, drainage and RC concrete projects
- Client facing experience
- Experience of managing site works
