Site Manager Required for Prestigious Listed Building Refurbishment Project in Surrey
Rate of Pay £270 - £280 per day PAYE UMBRELLA ONLY
We are currently seeking a experienced Site Manager to join the team on a Tier 1 contract from the end of August 2024 for a 3-week booking. The successful applicant must have previous experience working for a main contractor and have experience working for a Tier 1 construction company.
As part of the team, you will report to a site-based Senior Site Manager and work alongside other professionals on the project. The project is a refurbishment of a prestigious listed building, with the current focus being on the Cieling and MEP works. The total value of the project is £3 million.
To be eligible, you must hold a CSCS card - White or Above (Manager's Ticket), 1st Aid, and SMSTS certification.
Duties
- Assisting the Senior Site Manger with Health & Safety on site
- Logging information
- Updating 4 projects
- Reading Drawings and relating back to the team
- Quality Control
- General Support
