Global Process Owner P2P/O2C

Morgan McKinley are working exclusively on behalf of a global pharmaceutical business, to recruit a Global Process Owner (GPO). This is a key strategic role leading the overall strategy, design, policies, transformation and standardisation of processes, to ensure finance business process optimisation.

You will act as the owner for the Finance processes, designing and owning the end-to-end process across geographic and functional boundaries, ensuring standardisation and efficiency, implementing policies and effective measures.

  • Manage ongoing governance of the operating model
  • Chair governance forum for all TOM deviations
  • Formulate the overall vision for operational Finance
  • Driving key improvement initiatives to the delivery process efficiencies
  • Lead, implement and embed process changes via standardisation and automation solutions
  • Design and implement end-to-end processes collaboratively with other key functions (procurement, commercial, supply chain, etc.)
  • Develop and roll out relevant finance operational policies

Required experience:

  • Experience as a Global Process Owner (P2P/O2C) in a global company, with Pharmaceutical or Manufacturing process knowledge highly beneficial
  • Experience in managing complex operations & projects
  • Demonstrable experience managing an ERP rollout programme, project delivery and automation initiatives
  • Ability to work proactively with an entrepreneurial spirit, delegate effectively, demonstrable senior stakeholder management and strong negotiation skills
