The Job:
On behalf of our client we are seeking an Administrator on a 12 month fixed term contract.
In this role your role will include:
- Filing
- Opening new instructions accurately and within service standards, inputting data and preparing initial letters and documents
- Distributing post and action workflow via their case management system
- Supporting case handlers with administrative tasks
- Telephoning agents/third parties and preparing relevant papers and documentation for case handlers.
- Provide telephone support and deal with client enquiries in the case handlers absence.
- General photocopying and preparation of court bundles and documents.
- Ensure work issues or problems are reported immediately to Section Leas / Supervisors.
- File closing
The Person:
For this role, our client is looking for someone who is accurate, organised and a team player.
As well as this you will also have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Good IT skills
- Great attention to detail
- Able to work to deadlines.
