School Admissions Administrator Term Time Only

This important role in a busy department has various duties including supporting parents through the application process to induction, undertaking tours of the school, attending open days and future school events. Previous experience of working in an admissions department would be an advantage. The role offers excellent benefits and a friendly team environment.

Salary circa £28,000, hours are Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 16:30, term time plus 10 days.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate administration through the whole admissions process
  • Be a point of contact for all prospective parents and agents, over telephone and email
  • Ensure marketing materials are up to date and in stock
  • Organise and occasionally attend tours and open days

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience of working in an admissions department
  • Have excellent communication skills liaising with colleagues, pupils and parents
  • Able to work to time schedules
  • Strong attention to detail
