We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Bolton, who are recruiting for a Compliance Administrator on a three-month temporary contract. The position is due to start immediately, with the potential to go full time.
The hourly rate of pay is negotiable but circa £20 via an Umbrella company.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with the big six, updating databases and have experience ensuring remedial works are carried out.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Liaising with contractors, booking in compliance checks to ensure that certificates are provided/chased if out of date
- Providing general administration support to the wider compliance team
- Chasing up compliance certification, raising to management if responses are not within a certain time frame
- Inputting compliance data, ensuring in-house systems are up to date and compliance is adhered to
Experience required:
- Experience required in Social Housing
- Experience working with compliance
- Experience ensuring databases are up to date
- Experience liaising with contractors/tenants
