We are looking for a skilled Air Compression Field Service Engineer to provide on-site installation, maintenance, and repair services for air compression systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with compressed air systems, troubleshooting, and ensuring optimal performance in industrial settings. This role requires frequent travel to customer sites to diagnose issues, conduct repairs, and perform routine maintenance.
**Key Responsibilities

Installation & Commissioning:

Install and commission air compressors, dryers, filters, and associated systems at customer locations.

Service & Maintenance:

Conduct preventive maintenance and scheduled service tasks on air compressors and compressed air systems.

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on-site.

Ensure systems meet safety, efficiency, and performance standards.

Repair & Troubleshooting:

Perform emergency repairs to restore air compression systems to full operation.

Analyze system malfunctions and identify root causes, recommending long-term solutions.

Customer Support:

Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding equipment operation, system performance, and maintenance best practices.

Maintain strong customer relationships by delivering excellent service and technical expertise.

Documentation & Reporting:

Complete detailed service reports, including diagnoses, repairs, parts used, and maintenance recommendations.

Maintain accurate records of all service calls and follow-up actions.
**Qualifications
:

Education:

Diploma or degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related field.

Experience:

Minimum 2-5 years of experience working with air compression systems or industrial equipment in a field service role.

Hands-on experience with rotary screw, reciprocating, centrifugal compressors, and associated control systems.
