Exciting Opportunity for a Project Director in Decarbonisation Scheme

We are excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Project Director to join our client's team. Our client is leading the way in decarbonising public sector buildings, with a focus on retrofitting and refurbishing existing structures. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of this construction project while working within live environments.

Qualifications:

- Degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management
- Proven track record as a Senior Manager/Project Leader
- Experience managing projects from inception through completion

Skills:

Leadership Skills:
The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership skills that enable them to manage complex construction projects such as MEP retrofits successfully.

Communication Skills:
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written are essential; you must communicate effectively with stakeholders at every level throughout the lifespan of each project.

Problem Solving Ability:
You must possess problem-solving abilities coupled with strong analytical thinking capabilities required when dealing with unexpected issues during any phase of your assigned schemes.
