Sales Administrator

As a Sales Administrator you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. You will be responsible for various administrative tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our sales operations.

Sales Administrator Responsibilities:

  • End to end order processing
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, sales appointments, and conferences
  • Handle inbound sales enquiries and direct them to the appropriate team members
  • Generate sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts for sales management
  • Manage and organise sales-related documentation
  • Support the sales team with inventory management, and shipment coordination
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure seamless communication and execution of sales initiatives
  • Address customer enquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service

Sales Administrator Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling sales data and documentation
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
