Our well-respected Legal client are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst to work closely with the Project Managers to help deliver a 3E project, amongst others.
The successful Business Analyst will play a key part in establishing credible relationships for the team with other key areas of the business and will run, organise, and design workshops that will be essential for requirement gathering and engagement activities on a number of workstreams.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with teams to establish project priorities and workflows, ensuring tasks are effectively distributed for a smooth and efficient project execution.
- Engage with project stakeholders
- Work alongside legal and business services teams to gain insights into their operational structures, processes, and challenges.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including functional and technical requirements, use cases, storyboards, and workflow/data flow diagrams.
What you need to have?
- Strong BA background within Legal (essential)
- Experience with delivering Elite 3E projects (essential)
- Excellent engagement skills
- Extensive exposure to a variety of stakeholders (C-level/board level/end users/developers) is required.
